  16. Here's some more evidence of the problem(s) collected in 20 minute window
  17. of disconnects.

  19. Exactly what are "Blers"  ?  I recall something about the "b" standing
  20. for "bit", "e" for "error", but that's all.

  22. One other piece of relevant(?) information is that the phone that was 
  23. on the modem line was removed several weeks ago, about the same time
  24. the problems started. Could the telco have decided to "bit-rob" the modem
  25. line because they didn't get an answer ? The computer is off during normal
  26. workhours.
